Mia Talerico played the title character and youngest child of the Duncan family: Charlie. She started on the series when she was just 11 months old and ended it when she was four years old. She wasn’t the only one that played Charlie Duncan, Ava Sambora (daughter of Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora) played the baby sister as a 14-year-old in a flash-forward scene.
