Toby Duncan was the fifth child to come along in the Duncan family, and he was born on the same day as his big sister Charlie! Toby was born in the third season of the series, and Logan Moreau started playing the character in the fourth season of the show. Of all of the members of the Good Luck Charlie cast Toby was the only one to have his name picked by the fans in an online poll!
