Fingal’s Caves, Scotland
These caves in Scotland were named after a famous poem by James Macpherson. Located on the uninhabited island of Staffa, the hexagonal columns that cascade along the walls of these caves were created by cooled lava. Fingal’s Caves are also notoriously known for its acoustics.
